Please book as early as possible to guarantee your spot on a scheduled trip or to assure you get the dates wanted for your customized trip. We take a 50% deposit upon booking your trip. This is fully refundable two weeks prior to the start date. If you cancel your trip one week before your scheduled departure date you will receive 25% of your deposit back. If you cancel your trip within a week of your departure date, your deposit is non-refundable. Full payment is due before leaving on you grand adventure.
All participants must complete all medical and waiver forms before leaving on a trip with Clearwater Canoeing. If all participants do not meet this policy, the trip may be cancelled and no monies will be refunded.
We accept certified cheques (made out to Clearwater Canoeing Ltd.), money order, email transfers, and cash.
